Breon and P.J. we're very courteous and professional.  Breon did point out an issue with my plan and what needed to be done to do the job to code. I understood and we quickly agreed on the new plan and additional costs. The job was done correctly and looks amazing. Highly recommend!!!

We called Mr. Electric one day blindly because of the big electrical short in the house. They sent us the technician, Ethan, the next day. What a nice and honest young man! I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an electrician, especially if you’re cold calling. And make sure you ask for Ethan! What a fine young man!

Mr. Electric was prompt and professional from my initial call through service completion. Breon was the on-site electrician. He completed a property wide electrical inspection upon arrival and discussed results, potential fixes and associated costs. He installed a GFCI breaker and repaired outlet issues quickly and professionally while being very respectful of our home. Well done.

I was selling my home and only had a few days to complete the work. Thankfully Mr. Electric had some availability and got me scheduled quickly. Before the tech arrived, the company sent a nice bio and photo of the person who would be showing up. He arrived right on time and was kind enough to wear shoe covers (a lot of people don’t do this and it drives me crazy). Breon was such a pleasure to have in my home. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgable. We had a bit of hiccup and  he was a bit stressed, but it turned out to be an easy fix and once everything was complete, he did a great job of cleaning up after himself. I would recommend this company, and specifically Breon, to anyone who needs electrical work done correctly, safely, and responsibly priced.

I called Mr Electric of Virginia Beach this a.m. Not only was I greeted by an extremely courteous man, he also scheduled a visit for today. Then he called back and moved my appt to an earlier time and I thank you. My appt was for 12:00 and Ethan Ogden was here right at 12! He was extremely professional, mature, confident, knowledgeable, informative, and eager to help.  He assessed my home's issue and also performed a thorough safety check of the entire electrical system; explaining his findings as he identified them. To the owners of Mr Electric of Virginia Beach, as a retired Navy Veteran with 33 years of service to country, I feel it is necessary to commend Ethan Ogden! I was extremely impressed with Ethan's professionalism and I truly believe that Ethan is a true asset to your company and you should feel honored to have such a talented young man as one of your employees. I needed some electrical work done and found Mr Electric. They were friendly and professional and the technician PJ Benton was Awesome! He was punctual and explained the problems and fixes and costs associated with each. He then got everything taken care of quickly! Because of him I would highly recommend Mr. Electric!!

I just had a technician Ethan come out and I must say I am extremely impressed by his work. Ethan found the problem super fast which saved me a lot in trouble shooting cost and got everything taken care of in a professional manner. He also gave me some things to look out for and pointers when doing my own electrical work which will be helpful to me in many other ways. I will be using this company again for any electrical problems down the road

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. PJ and Breezy were so professional and friendly, they were simply amazing. They worked absolute magic to get our power on again. They showed up the day we called, and then the following day for a related unexpected emergency call. they worked late into the night to insure our power was back on. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for our electrical needs in the future. Thank you Mr Electric, give these 2 a raise!!!!

I called Mr. Electric due to a few electrical issues I was having and couldn’t figure out. The technician who arrived was Breon and I was very pleased with the experience. He took his time and checked the whole system, listening to all my concerns of past problems and found some major safety issues that needed to be addressed. He quoted the work right there and took the time to explain everything. Breon was 5-star without a doubt! I got some more estimates from other highly rated businesses for the same work and was quoted much less, so I chose not to use them. I have no doubts it would have been 5-star work but only gave 4 stars due to the drastic price differences.

Called service request today and Breon showed up promptly. He was especially polite and very knowledgeable explaining the process and eventually fixing all the misswires electrical outlets. He cleaned up after the job was done. Overall best experience I have ever had with an electrician. Highly recommended!

Breon is an extremely knowledgeable and hard working technician! Not only did he complete the requested project in one day, but he walked me through everything that was being done and answered all of my questions and was not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend this company and I will be using their services again for my future home electrical needs.

Awesome service! They added some circuits to an addition on our home and did a panel change. Staff was quick to respond, great communication, and ensured all issues were resolved before closing out. PJ was our technician and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The owner Brian was quick to respond and seemed to have a great working relationship with his staff; which is a sign to me of a good business to work for, with, and support. I will be reaching out to Mr. Electric for any future jobs and recommending to friends and family in the area!

Out with the old in with the new. Needed a ceiling fan upgrade and these guys did a phenomenal job very quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Mr. Ogden came out after business hours and was such a pleasant and professional individual. Heard my concerns and did not disregard my story, did secondary investigation and found a neutral wire that was on the verge of starting a fire. I am grateful he was able to find the problem before I had an even bigger issue of an electrical that could have put my family out on the street. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and because of him, and will recommend Mr. Electric to anyone having electrical problems.

Mr. Garcia did an awesome job of installing my pendant light over my sink to include the patch work to match the ceiling. Above and beyond. I did a great job of explaining as he went and he asked questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.
