Before the tech arrived, the company sent a nice bio and photo of the person who would be showing up. He arrived right on time and was kind enough to wear shoe covers (a lot of people don’t do this and it drives me crazy). Breon was such a pleasure to have in my home. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgable. We had a bit of hiccup and he was a bit stressed, but it turned out to be an easy fix and once everything was complete, he did a great job of cleaning up after himself.
